Thermodynamic modeling and process design for mixed solvent electrolyte systems
Lisa Rueben studied mechanical engineering with a focus on energy engineering at RWTH Aachen University in Aachen, Germany, and Harvard University in Cambridge, USA. She earned her Master's degree from RWTH Aachen University in 2020. In her Master's thesis, she investigated the optimal operation of district heating and cooling networks.
During her studies, Lisa worked as a student research assistant on decarbonization pathways of the chemical industry and the German electricity, heat, and transport sector. Additionally, she tutored Master students in the course Energy Systems Engineering.
In August 2020, Lisa joined the Energy and Process Systems Engineering Group at ETH Zürich as a doctoral student.
